About This Plant

Soft Rush produces no true leaves, and its foliage consists completely of cylindrical stems that stand tall and up right. It prefers moist soils, and is commonly found in bogs and marshes in the wild. It can be grown in a container, even indoors, with consistenly moist soil. Soft Rush blooms with clusters of small yellow to brown flowers that then turn into seed capsules.
