About This Plant

One of the last asters to bloom in the fall, this is an important plant for late-season pollinators. It has a bushy appearance. This plant spreads via stolons, so it could overwhelm small landscapes. Birds may eat its seed. This plant was previously known by the latin name Aster oblongifolium.
