About This Plant

Moss Phlox produces gorgeous, dense mats of blooms in the spring. Flowers come in a variety of colors. It grows rather low to the ground with thin needle-like foliage. Its cushiony appearance resembles moss and gives it its common name. It prefers dry, rocky or sandy areas and flowers best in full sun.
