About This Plant

The individual flowers of the Stiff Goldenrod are larger than most other Goldenrod species, and bloom in flat-topped clusters. It spreads easily through rhizomes, like many others in its genus, and grows long, stiff, hairy stems. The leaves turn a golden-red color in the fall.
