About This Plant

Dwarf Crested Iris blooms in early spring, with a large violet to blue colored flower on a short stem. It spreads and will grow as a ground cover in the right conditions, preferring wooded or rocky areas with well draining soil. Its bloom is short lasted, but is attractive to pollinators, namely hummingbirds and bumblebees.
