About This Plant

Wild Bleeding Heart is a native perennial wildflower with feathery, fern-like foliage. It produces heart-shaped flowers the range from a pale pink to deep magenta in color. The plant blooms from April to July, but may not produce blooms in exceptionally hot weather. It prefers moist, but well drained soil and part sun.
