About This Plant

This bright burst of yellow is a classic summer flower that is very valuable to pollinators. It does well in disturbed areas and home landscapes and is easy to grow. As a biennial, it completes its life cycle (blooms and produces seeds) in its second year. It readily reseeds, and birds will eat the seeds.
