About This Plant

Sometimes called "Mountain Snowbell" or "Wild Snowball," this small, rounded shrub is covered by puffs of small, white, fragrant flowers and is a pollinator magnet, including hummingbirds. It has a deep root system, so it's hard to transplant, but is excellent at stabilizing soils and can withstand poor soils. It even helps to fix nitrogen in the soil.
