About This Plant
An important, late-season nectar source, this plant is a pollinator magnet, producing many blooms that can vary in all shades of purple and even pink. It's versatile and can grow in all but the driest soils. It readily self sows and could become aggressive in small landscapes. This plant was previously known by the latin name Aster novae-angliae.
