About This Plant

Dozens of light purple flowers form a sphere in the classic allium shape that "nods" towards the ground, possibly protecting its nectar from precipitation. Pollinators love it, and birds will eat its seed. Crushed stems will produce a pungent odor, making this deer resistant.
