About This Plant

With its purple flower spikes, this plant is a pollinator magnet, providing nectar to hummingbirds, bees and butterflies! A member of the mint family, its square stem and leaves smell like licorice when crushed, making it a perfect plant for a sensory garden or a deer/rabbit-resistant flower bed. It readily reseeds and is drought-tolerant once established.
