About This Plant

Virginia Sweetspire is a great addition to a pollinator garden. Its racemes of fragrant white flowers attract butterflies, bees and hummingbirds, and its seeds provide a food source to birds and small mammals. It tolerates a variety of soil conditions and prefers part sun environments. Its foliage turns an attractive red or purple color in the fall and persists into winter months.
