About This Plant

A member of the coffee family – Rubiaceae, this shrub is a pollinator magnet! Unique, small, deep, tubular flowers form spheres that draw in butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees. It likes wet soil and does well along wetlands and in rain gardens. It's a great plant for home landscapes.
