About This Plant

Purple buds appear before long-lasting, daisy-like yellow flowers dance above semi-evergreen basal foliage that is an attractive groundcover and persists through winter. It spreads quickly, forming colonies when it's happy, and is an important source of nectar and pollen particularly for small bees.
